Ján Červenák

Chief Executive Officer

He graduated from the Faculty of Business Economics of the Production Industry in the University of Economics in Bratislava. Since 1980 he worked in Slovenské energetické strojárne, a.s. Tlmače in the finance department. From 1996 until 1999 he worked in the Tax Directorate of the Slovak Republic in Banská Bystrica as Deputy General Director for Informatics and Administration. From 1999 until 2003 he worked as director for economy and trade of SES TVP Želiezovce and director of Fajne company in Tlmače. Since 2003 he worked as Deputy of General Director for Administration in the Tax Directorate of the Slovak Republic in Banská Bystrica. In JESS Company he is employed as the Director of the Economic and Finance Division. Since July 2014 he has been elected to Chief Executive Officer.

Tomáš Vavruška

Safety and Quality Director

In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Slovak Technical University in Trnava, in field of mechanical technology with specialization in automation and roboting of technological processes. In 1995 he started to work in Slovenské elektrárne, a.s. at Bohunice Nuclear Power Plant as investment construction technician. Two years later he worked in Operation Division of V1 Nuclear Power Plant as Secondary Circuit Operator and since 2000 he worked as Primary Circuit Operator. From 2008 until 2009 he worked in JAVYS, a.s. as head of the mechanical technology division of V1 NPP and also as director of asset management for V1 NPP. He has been working in JESS Company since its foundation as Director of Safety and Quality Division.

Petr Závodský

Project Management Director

After he graduated from the High School for Transport and Communications in Žilina in 1993 and passed several professional exams, he began working in the state-owned company České dráhy, a. s. where he was in charge of the interlocking plants of Pelhřimov railway station.  He started his working activities in power industry in 1994 when he, as an engineer of ČEZ, a. s. was preparing for operation of Temelín Nuclear Power Plant.  After he was graduated from other trainings and courses, he worked as project manager for independent verification and validation of software security systems of Temelín NPP, later he represented ČEZ, a. s. in international activities as a development expert.  Since 2006, in section for analyses of construction of new nuclear power plant, he was participating on preparation of reference documentation, marketing researches and cooperating on activities related to feasibility studies.  In 2009 he became a director of division for construction of nuclear power plants which include Jaslovské Bohunice as well.  He was designated to JESS company as a member of the Board of Directors in May 2011. Since December 2013 he worked as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Josef Ježek

Technical Director

After graduation in 1978, at the Department of energy to ALL the Technical University in Brno, a.s., he  joined the ČEZ Company as Operator of the reactor in Dukovany site. Here, during his tenure, he passed several other positions as the Head of the Department for coordination of maintenance, Deputy Director for Maintenance and the Project manager. He continued with using his experiences in the field of nuclear energy  in companies like SKODA Praha, a.s., I&C ENERGO, VA TECH EZ Praha, a.s. and in others. He has specialized in project management extension units 3. and 4. in Temelin in the ČEZ company from 2007. He entered in the project of preparation new nuclear power plant in 2009 as senior expert and served as Head of the Department of preparation of JESS Company. He currently serves as the Technical Director and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Stanislav Bár

Trade Director

He completed his studies at the Slezka University of Opava in the Department of Economics, trade and business services in 2000. In the course of the next few years he worked in managerial positions in companies Tatra, a.s., as the Head of foreign representations in Beijing, in the Remak company  as Sales Manager and in Schott Flat Glass CR, s.r.o. as a Manager for key customers. In 2009 he came in the field of energy as a specialist in overseas investments of the construction of nuclear power stations in ČEZ. He was involved in the implementation of the project related to the preparation of the construction of a new nuclear power plant purchases in Jaslovské Bohunice site Bohuníc. He was Head of the Project Purchase Department. In December 2013 he was appointed to a Member of the Board of Directors. Currently he works as Trade Director.
